At Audiophile Shop, we want you to experience every note perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your audio gear, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
